Politiki salad

Politiki salad: refreshing, tangy,
and crunchy salad with thinly shredded cabbage and grated carrots

Politiki Salad, also known as Polítiki Salata, is a refreshing and crunchy Greek salad with roots in Constantinople (Poli), inspired by the flavors of Asia Minor. Often served as a side dish or meze, Politiki Salad pairs beautifully with grilled meats, seafood, or traditional Greek dishes. Its crisp texture and bright flavors make it a perfect choice for a healthy and flavorful addition to any meal.

Enjoy it chilled, topped with olives or a sprinkle of oregano, for a true taste of Greek culinary heritage!

Politiki salad focuses on the natural flavors of fresh vegetables and the tangy dressing. It is a popular choice for winter, as cabbage is abundant in the colder months, but it can be enjoyed year-round for its refreshing qualities.
