  • Eggs 20pcs
  • 250gr Siglino (smoked pork)
  • 2pcs Fresh tomato
  • 250gr Tomato sauce
  • 200 gr Feta cheese
  • 100gr Olive oil
  • Salt/pepper

Preparation

  1. We break the eggs and mix them with the crumbled feta cheese.
  2. In a pan, we sauté the cured pork (syglino) that we’ve diced into small cubes in olive oil.
  3. We then add the fresh tomato followed by the tomato sauce, and cook until most of the liquid has evaporated.
  4. Next, we pour in the eggs mixed with the crumbled feta and cook until the eggs are set.
  5. Finally, we can sprinkle some ground pepper on top. Enjoy!
